Premier Villages exists to provide an exciting lifestyle and high-quality, affordable housing for our customers, while producing a profit for ownership, and growth opportunities for staff, vendors and contractors.

Our Foundation

Premier Villages was founded in 1998 by Richard Westlake and C.E Crouse, both long-time residents of Greenwood, Indiana, for the express purpose of building the franchised-EPCON Communities’ condominium communities in Indiana. As the excitement grew for our maintenance-free homes, they purchased the franchise rights to Greater Lexington area, as CE was born and raised in Wilmore, Kentucky.

To date, more than 100 franchisees across the nation in over 29 states have built more than 20,000 maintenance-free ranch-style condominium homes.

The Premier Villages franchise has successfully completed The Villas at Chapel Hill, The Crossings at Hager Place, The Reserve at Timbers Edge, The Reserve at Hager Place and are now continuing that tradition of success in their new communities: Stone Bridge and Heather Glen at The Legends (both in the Greater Indianapolis area), Bethel Pointe (Wilmore, KY), and Villas at Ridgefield Farm (Danville, KY).

Since their incorporation, C.E and Rich have developed a leadership team with diverse and unique strengths to strengthen Premier Villages as it continues to build on a tradition of excellence. Along with C.E. and Rich, the leadership team consists of: Cathy Armour, Kevin Crouse and Michael Marinangeli.
