Prior to closing, Bethel Pointe buyers are invited to a “Pre-Closing Inspection” when Bethel Pointe’s on-site Warranty Manager tours the new home to explain the operation of all systems and inspect every aspect of the residence to answer questions and identify any remaining work to complete.Bethel Pointe’s Customer Service team will schedule a visit with the owners approximately 45 days after closing to complete adjustments and repairs discovered during the first few weeks of residency.
Bethel Pointe’s experienced and knowledgeable Customer Service team will address other items, excepting normal wear and tear and abuse, throughout the balance of the one year limited warranty.
